Return & exchange policy

Not in love with your purchase? No worries! Our return policy makes it easy to return your item(s) and allows you to continue shopping for more unique pieces.

How do I return?

Please make sure all the original tags are attached. Make sure all items are returned in the same condition received.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

If you change your mind for any reason, you have 5 business days from the delivery date to return qualified, unused, undamaged, unworn, and unaltered merchandise for exchange only. Customers have 90 days to use store credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Your store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns. Please also keep in mind when your coupon is being issued, we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my store credit?

Processing returns can take up to 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s). Once the return is approved, we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your coupon.
